An honest valuation is the price your home is most likely to sell for in the current market. An over-valuation is a higher figure given to win the instruction, often followed by a price reduction six weeks later. Our reputation is built on the former, not the latter.

Yes. Rightmove is included as standard for every Hauseit instruction. Beyond that, your property is distributed to 75+ international property websites in 21+ languages, reaching buyers in 45+ countries.

Buying

The fastest way is the buyer registration form on our /contact/ page. Tell us your budget, areas, and must-haves. We'll match you to listings as they come up — including pre-market opportunities not yet on the portals.

Off-market properties are homes being sold without a public Rightmove listing. Vendors choose this for privacy or to test the market. We have a database of buyers we offer these to first. Register interest to be considered.

Not for the first viewing, but you'll need one before making an offer. We can introduce you to mortgage advisers (Mason Smalley among them) who can arrange this quickly.

Letting

Our lettings fees are tiered: tenant find only, rent collection, or fully managed. Discussed at the rental valuation appointment. We don't charge unnecessary 'admin' fees that some agencies bury in the small print.

We track UK lettings law continuously. Our team handles compliance — Right to Rent checks, deposit protection, EPC requirements, gas safety, electrical safety. Landlords don't need to navigate this alone.

Yes, including Article 4 directive areas and licensing applications. We have particular knowledge of Leicester's licensing requirements.
